1. Overview

 At VAGMA, we strive to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at the time of placing an order.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting changes to the delivery address after an order has been placed.

 2. Address Change Request Window

Shipping address modification requests will be accepted only if submitted within 6 hours of order placement or prior to the order being shipped, whichever is earlier.

 3. Conditions for Address Modification

 Address changes will be accepted only if:

 The order has not yet been processed or shipped

The request is made within the allowed time window

The new address is serviceable by our delivery partners

4. Non-Eligible Cases

 Address change requests will NOT be accepted if:

The order has already been dispatched or shipped

Incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer and not corrected within the allowed timeframe

Multiple modification requests cause operational delays

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure all address details are accurate and complete, including:

• Full name

• House/Flat number

• Street/Area

• Landmark

• Correct PIN code

• Valid contact number

VAGMA will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

 6. Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address

• Recipient unavailable

• Failed delivery attempts

Then:

• No refund will be issued

• Reshipping may be arranged only after additional shipping charges are paid

7. Exceptional Cases

 In rare situations, VAGMA may attempt to assist with address changes after dispatch, but:

• This is not guaranteed

• Additional charges may apply

• Delivery timelines may be affected

8. Payment & Verification Restrictions

For certain payment methods or security-sensitive transactions, address modifications may be restricted due to payment gateway or fraud prevention policies. In such cases, the order may need to be cancelled and placed again with corrected details.

Additionally:

Address change requests will only be accepted from the registered email or phone number associated with the order

For compliance reasons, address changes must remain within the same state, where required for taxation or regulatory alignment

9. VAGMA Discretion
Any matter not explicitly covered under this policy shall be subject to the sole discretion of VAGMA, exercised reasonably in accordance with operational, legal, and service requirements
