Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Each product is prepared and packed with great care, and cancellation is not allowed after the order is placed.
Return Policy
At vagma.in, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour or design, or personal preference.
Returns are only considered if the product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item has been delivered. In such cases, you may request an exchange.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- You are eligible for exchange or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If your exchange or replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 days.
- Exchange is only eligible if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered.
- You must provide a complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the issue.
- Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products that are used, altered, or submitted without proper proof will not qualify for exchange or replacement.
