At VAGMA, we are committed to delivering premium-quality jewellery. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return and no-replacement policy, with limited exceptions as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged during transit
An incorrect product has been delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect
In such cases, a full refund will be issued
2. Mandatory Proof Requirements
To raise a valid claim, the customer must provide:
A clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts or edits)
The video must clearly show:
Sealed package before opening
Complete unboxing process
Visible issue (damage/defect/wrong item)
Note: Claims without valid video proof will be automatically rejected.
3. Reporting Timeline
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances
4. Strict No Replacement Policy
VAGMA follows a strict no-replacement policy
No exchange or replacement will be provided under any circumstances
If a customer wishes to purchase the same or a different product, a new order must be placed, subject to product availability.
5. Refund Process
Upon verification and approval of a valid request, VAGMA will initiate a full refund, including applicable shipping charges
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
Processing time: 5–10 business days from approval
6. Return Process (If Applicable)
Customers may be required to self-ship the product for verification
The product must be returned in:
Original packaging
Unused and unworn condition
With all tags, invoices, and accessories
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the refund request.

Claims made without proper proof (mandatory unboxing video)
8. Shipping Charges

9. Order Cancellation Policy

VAGMA reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
Stock unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity

Custom-made or personalized products are:
Non-returnable

Slight variations may occur due to:

All decisions regarding refunds, claims, and disputes shall be final and binding, and remain at the sole discretion of VAGMA.
