1. Order Placement & Confirmation
Orders may be placed through the official VAGMA website or mobile application.
Upon successful completion of payment, an order confirmation will be shared with the customer via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp.
Each order is subject to acceptance and availability. While VAGMA makes every effort to fulfil all successfully placed orders, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order in the following situations:
Product unavailability
Delivery location not serviceable by our logistics network
Payment authorization, verification, or settlement issues
Orders flagged as fraudulent, suspicious, or high-risk
Errors in product information, pricing, or system-related issues
Please note that an order confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your request. It does not constitute final acceptance of the order. VAGMA reserves the right to cancel or modify any order at any stage prior to dispatch, if required.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Every order is processed with care to ensure quality checks and proper fulfilment before dispatch.
Stage Timeline
Order verification Within 2 to 6 hours
Order processing & packing Within 24 to 48 business hours
Dispatch readiness Within 1 to 2 business days
Estimated delivery 7 to 10 business days from dispatch
Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
While we aim to adhere to the above timelines, they are indicative in nature. Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, logistics constraints, or external disruptions. In such cases, we remain committed to keeping customers informed and ensuring timely delivery at the earliest possible opportunity.
3. Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is applicable to all eligible orders by default.

4. Express Shipping (Faster Delivery Option)
VAGMA offers Express Shipping in select locations on a best-effort basis for customers seeking faster delivery.

Available only for selected products and serviceable PIN codes
Availability is shown at checkout or may be confirmed by our support team
Additional charges apply for express handling and priority dispatch
Orders under this option are prioritized for faster processing and shipment

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via:
Email
SMS
WhatsApp
Tracking information is typically made available within 12 to 24 hours after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept the order
the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
In such cases, VAGMA reserves the right to:
Deduct shipping or handling charges (if applicable)
Process refunds or re-shipping based on case evaluation
Restrict Cash on Delivery (if applicable in future availability)
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not enabled for VAGMA orders.
All orders must be prepaid using available online payment methods at checkout.
8. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
High order volumes or peak season demand
Courier or logistics partner delays
Weather conditions or natural disruptions
Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
Government restrictions or unforeseen external events
In such cases, VAGMA will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.
9. Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of order placement.
VAGMA shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details.
10. Policy Updates
VAGMA reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform and services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
NOTE: Any matter not expressly covered in this policy shall be subject to the sole discretion of VAGMA, whose decision shall be final and binding.
