6. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
VAGMA follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except under specific circumstances as outlined below.
Eligible Cases (Refunds Allowed Only If):
The product is damaged upon delivery
An incorrect item has been delivered
The product has a manufacturing defect
Mandatory Conditions:
A complete unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) must be recorded as proof
The issue must be reported to VAGMA within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to meet the above conditions will result in rejection of the request.
Non-Eligible Cases (No Return/Refund):
Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with design, color, size, or finish
Minor variations in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
Variations in product dimensions or weight
Damage caused due to usage, mishandling, or improper storage
Wear and tear, tarnishing, or oxidation over time
Exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or heat
Claims made without proper proof (mandatory unboxing video)
Resolution Process:
Upon verification and approval of a valid request, VAGMA will initiate a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.
Please note that no replacement will be provided under any circumstances.
In the event that the customer wishes to purchase the same product or a different product, a new order must be placed, subject to product availability at the time of purchase.
Change of Address Policy
Conditions for Address Modification
Address changes will be accepted only if:
The order has not yet been processed or shipped
The request is made within the allowed time window
The new address is serviceable by our delivery partners

Address change requests will NOT be accepted if:

Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

Recipient unavailable
Failed delivery attempts
Then:
No refund will be issued
Reshipping may be arranged only after additional shipping charges are paid
